Elda isn’t just the Director of Operations at Martens Legal — she’s the calm, strategic presence behind the scenes making sure every client and team member feels supported, informed, and looked after.
With a background spanning multiple industries, Elda brings a rare combination of structure, warmth, and razor-sharp organisation to her role. From managing new leads and onboarding clients, to ensuring every legal matter stays on track, Elda is across it all (and always five steps ahead.)
She works closely with Tegan and the team to keep the firm running with care and precision. Whether she’s driving internal efficiency, tracking timelines, or reviewing costings with the team, Elda’s focus is always the same:

Beyond operations, Elda plays an active role in the client journey, often assisting with behind-the-scenes tasks that support the legal team and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
